Ep. 125: Easier Upload via Drag & Drop or Copy/Paste

Blog.

Hello there! Today is Thursday and we have a fresh Triage blog post for you. If you’re new here, this is the perfect place to catch up on the latest updates about Triage Sandbox. We’ll be sharing all the updates we’ve made to the platform over the past week, from the smallest detection updates to the biggest feature releases.

This week, in addition to our regular malware updates changelog, we have some exciting new announcements to share. We’ve added some new features to our web UI submission that will enhance your experience with Triage Sandbox and make it more user-friendly.

Let’s take a closer look at what’s new this week:

The Big Dropper

Previously, uploading files via drag and drop could be a bit tricky. You have to make sure you drop your files to the right dropzone. From now on, we’ve made things super easy for you! You can drag and drop your files anywhere on the dashboard or submit page and submit them effortlessly - no more worrying about hitting the dropzone!

Drop your file anywhere on the dashboard page.

After dragging the file, the upload window will pop up to help you finish uploading

Pasting URLs/Files

Another super handy feature on our Web UI is the pasting enhancement. With this feature, you can easily paste URLs or files you want to analyze, fetch, or import public samples to your organization. All you have to do is paste it anywhere on the dashboard or submit page, and we will make sure it goes to the right spot. We really hope that you find these updates helpful and that it makes your experience with us a breeze!

Submit the URL directly via Ctrl + v.

Now, onto the detection updates and additions for this week!
